Jon Burton is a Principal People Analytics Consultant with Visier. In his role, he partners with organizations to understand their analytics goals and objectives and help them develop a roadmap and strategy to successfully deploy people analytics to their organization. Jon has more than 20 years of experience partnering with a diverse set of organizations to understand their needs and create actionable solutions. Prior to Visier, Jon spent 12.5 years with PwC Saratoga.
