T. Rowe Price

Best Use of AI with Vee Award

T. Rowe Price has set the standard for AI adoption with a thoughtful, data-driven approach to training users on Visier’s AI digital assistant, Vee. They’ve built a robust training program that not only sparks excitement about Vee, but sustains it—so much so that they had to shift Vee’s introduction to the end of training to ensure core content wasn’t overshadowed by enthusiasm for the tool!

Their hands-on learning experience emphasizes data literacy, includes real-world problem solving, and is supported by a dedicated learning path focused on prompt engineering. Their people analytics team also leads the way in continuously enhancing Vee’s performance through user feedback and engagement data, ensuring the solution is tightly aligned to T. Rowe Price’s unique needs and goals.

Congratulations to the entire T. Rowe Price team for their strategic AI prowess and success!

Eaton

Rookie of the Year Award

Eaton was the clear choice for this year’s Rookie of the Year Award, recognized for their seamless example of a Visier implementation. Not only did they roll out Visier with outstanding execution and strategic planning, but they also raised the bar by simultaneously building a data mesh—an ambitious move that most would advise against during an initial rollout. Yet, the Eaton team delivered a seamless, best-in-class launch that set a new standard for excellence.

Their commitment to efficiency, innovation, and driving real business outcomes led to remarkable adoption, with 600 active users at launch quickly growing to over 800. Eaton’s success story is a powerful example of what’s possible with vision, rigor, and a team dedicated to making an impact from day one.

Kudos to Eaton for their outstanding achievement. We can’t wait to see what’s to come!

IQVIA

Best Technical Innovation Award

IQVIA was selected for the Best Technical Innovation award for their pioneering use of Visier People® Extend to solve complex business challenges through custom-built, integrated solutions. Their “Top Location Recommendation” feature empowers hiring managers and HR leaders with data-driven insights to guide global hiring strategy, while also equipping HRLT and ELT with strategic analytics.

They’ve also built Finance KPIs that seamlessly integrate EBITA, revenue, and compensation data with people metrics, allowing business units, the CFO’s office, and executive leaders to assess workforce investments against tangible business outcomes. Looking ahead, IQVIA is breaking new ground by designing onboarding analytics to measure the global impact of their onboarding application. This forward-thinking approach showcases how Visier People Extend can unlock high-impact innovation at scale.

We applaud IQVIA’s innovative use of Visier, which will inspire other organizations to leverage people data to achieve broader business goals.

Kong

Perfect Pair: Best C-Suite Partnership Award

Kong is a standout example of what’s possible when a strong analytics foundation meets visionary C-suite leadership. When Chief People Officer, Gunjan Aggarwal, joined mid-2024, she quickly recognized the value of the work already underway by Mark Tucker, Kong’s People Analytics leader. Partnering closely with Mark, they expanded the reach and impact of Visier across the business.

Together, they’ve driven adoption among the new CCO, CRO, Head of Engineering, and other senior leaders, embedding data into critical business conversations. Today, they’re actively tracking performance reviews, engagement, and preparing for workforce planning to support an ambitious 20% growth goal. Their partnership is a model of alignment, collaboration, and strategic impact, making them the clear choice for this year’s Perfect Pair Award.

Kong sets the standard for an effective C-suite and people analytics leader relationship. Kudos to Kong for their outstanding partnership and achievements!

DocuSign

Democratizing Data Within HR Award

DocuSign was selected as the winner of the Democratizing Data within HR award for their outstanding commitment to making people data accessible, actionable, and impactful across the business. In FY25, the people analytics team launched a thoughtful, multi-pronged user enablement strategy focused on equipping their largest user base—HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Culture & Experience teams—with the tools, training, and support needed to bring critical workforce insights directly to the organization's top decision-makers.

By refining dashboards, launching a centralized guidebook, running global training sessions, and introducing Slack-based peer support and automated data pushes, they dramatically increased Visier adoption and usage. With a 75% increase in active users and a 132% jump in total sessions, DocuSign not only empowered its HR teams but also embedded data-driven decision-making within its nine business units, truly exemplifying what it means to democratize data in HR.

Congratulations to the DocuSign team!

Johnson & Johnson

Democratizing Data Beyond HR Award

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) was selected for the Democratizing Data Beyond HR award for pioneering work that bridged the longstanding gap between HR and Finance headcount data. Team leader Cody Martin, Director, Total Workforce Management & Talent Intelligence, led a breakthrough initiative to reconcile headcount discrepancies using Visier, enabling the creation of unified dashboards trusted by both HR and Finance—and ultimately, the C-suite.

Achieving alignment within 2% of Finance’s monthly headcount reporting is no small feat at a company of J&J’s scale, and it’s already driving significant business value. Cody’s work is opening new use cases across the organization, from supporting organizational changes outside standard reporting cycles to enabling analysis across contractor populations. This level of cross-functional collaboration exemplifies how Visier can be a strategic asset well beyond the HR function.

Fantastic work, Johnson & Johnson!

Tampa General Hospital

Business Impact Award

Tampa General Hospital was selected for the Business Impact Award for delivering exceptional, measurable results that directly improved both financial and workforce outcomes. By leveraging data to drive smarter staffing decisions, they achieved a huge reduction in agency spend and successfully transitioned from over 300 agencies to zero inpatient travel nurses.

Their strategic use of insights led to a vacancy ratio of less than 10%, and the savings generated enabled substantial reinvestment into team member base compensation over the past two years. These efforts not only boosted retention and rehire rates but also significantly reduced vacancy and turnover, showcasing the powerful connection between data-driven workforce strategies and real business impact.

Congratulations to the entire Tampa General Hospital team!

Providence Health & Services

Content Excellence Award

One of the greatest drivers of people analytics adoption is well-designed content. Visier's annual Customer Guidebook Competition challenges customers to define 'great' people analytics content design. This year's outstanding winner is Providence Health & Services.

In the guidebook competition, Visier evaluated enterprise customer entries submitted between January and March based on five criteria: usage, diversity of personas consuming data, visual appeal, actionable information, and business impact.

Kudos to the team at Providence Health & Services!
