Visier People® Workforce CSRD
Last updated:
Introduction
Visier People® Workforce CSRD helps organizations meet their non-financial disclosure obligations with respect to human capital and workforce policies as part of the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
We’ve identified the workforce disclosure requirements arising from the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS) “S1 Own Workforce” specification(s) and assembled them into a single comprehensive offering. Spanning a variety of topics such as diversity, fair compensation, health and safety, and worker dialogue, Workforce CSRD consolidates all these metrics into a single application so you can review and diagnose the workforce metrics that will imminently become public record.
Visier People® is the world’s leading people analytics solution. We can help your organization transform its people management practices to achieve not only improved workforce disclosures, but outstanding business results and performance.
What value is delivered?
Visier People Workforce CSRD is a collection of application elements that are designed to cover all the human capital reporting elements in the ESRS S1 Own Workforce specification. These elements are listed below:
