Visier can retrieve data through this connector if the following requirements are met.

The Jira connector loads the following data into Visier:

• User ID

• Issue ID 

• Comment

• Worklog

• Changelog

Prerequisites

• Jira Cloud API Token

Jira Cloud API token

Generate an API token for your admin account in Jira Cloud so that Visier can retrieve your source data.

Connector credentials

You will need to provide the following credentials to connect the source to Visier.

• Jira Cloud account email

• The base URL of your Jira Cloud server

• The Jira Cloud API token

How the connector loads data

With the initial data load, you can select a specific period to fetch historical data from the source. Once the connector is configured and data is loaded, the connector will start gathering data in real-time.
