People managers are demanding generative AI tools to make their jobs easier. 87% of managers say that genAI tools can improve their roles by providing more insights into their employees and freeing up time for planning and leadership. The question is not if HR can deliver these tools, it's when.
We surveyed 400 full-time people managers to understand their current access to people analytics and the potential for AI-powered data democratization to enhance their effectiveness. The findings revealed a high level of enthusiasm among managers for the productivity-boosting and data-simplifying capabilities of generative AI, signaling an immediate opportunity for CHROs to invest in AI tools for workforce insights.
