In her new role at Visier, Martin will work closely with Visier customers to support them in their HR transformation.
“Having tracked workforce analytics adoption for over fifteen years, I’ve been a big fan of Visier since its inception. When I decided to return to the workforce, I could not imagine a better place to apply my passion and skills in research, value analysis, and change management,” said Martin. “After just a few days on the job, I’m overjoyed. The people are welcoming, talented, and passionate about all things workforce intelligence.”
A sought-after thought leader and speaker, few researchers in the field of HR technology can match the experience that Martin has accumulated during her career in introducing emerging technologies.
