How it Works

Using Visier’s data connectors and APIs, customers can intake their Jira data into the People Data Plaform.
Visier’s data ingestion processes and transforms Jira data, including detecting and organizing events contained in the data.
In the People Data Warehouse, the data is mapped to an extension of the Visier People Data Model to include productivity metrics that align to Jira data. The model also includes thousands of pre-built metrics for HR data that enhances the insights from Jira data.
