How it Works
Using Visier’s Salesforce and Gong integrations Visier admins can configure the tables to bring into Visier and map them accordingly. This integration takes care of all historical and present data.
Visier’s data ingestion process stores, processes and detects events even when not explicitly mentioned in the data. This data is then mapped to the employee object within the data model. As the data changes over time these changes are also mapped to the bitemporal model to reflect the state of the business at a particular point in the past. Visier is also able to normalize this data with enrichment, including job titles to create accurate views at the roles sales people are engaging with.
The data is then mapped to Visier’s People Data Model which has a sales component where you can map these Gong and Salesforce fields.
With this data mapped into the People Data Model, automatically metrics and calculations are generated that can be called through Visier’s genAI solution Vee through chat.
This data is also automatically populated into a data visualization for key sales questions in a data storytelling format. Leaders and other stakeholders can explore the data with an intuitive user interface that helps to dig into the “why” behind the data. They can also use Vee, Visier's genAI assistant, to return back fast and accurate insights.
