Updates to Vee
Visier People® Extend: Your business, your data, your model
Vee, our generative AI-powered digital assistant, keeps evolving at a rapid pace! We’ve rolled out some exciting enhancements to Vee this season, including:
- Vee throughout Visier: This summer, becomes even easier to access. You’ll find a handy button to open Vee throughout the Visier interface. When you click it, you’ll see a new Vee sidebar open up, making it simpler than ever to get help from Vee—alongside whatever else you’re doing within Visier.
- Vee suggests sample questions: Vee now suggests common questions as a starting point. It’s a great way to get ideas, or to subtly coach users who may be new to Vee.
- Vee links to relevant content: In addition to answering a user’s question, Vee will now suggest relevant analyses and reports so the user can explore a topic in more detail.
Key updates in this release
Text formatting in an analysis
Visier users have more formatting options on text within an analysis. Adjust sizing, colors, bold/italicize/underline, or even justify/align text. It’s a great way to go one step further towards making sure your analyses are on brand and easy to consume.
Color consistency in an analysis
You can now set specific colors for specific series on a chart, instead of having them be auto-assigned. This way, all charts on your analysis with the same dimensions can have consistent colors, which means better brand consistency and quicker comprehension.
More bars on Breakdown medium cards
Breakdown cards will display additional data without requiring users to interact with the chart. By adjusting the "Maximum number of data items" in the chart settings, you can now expand the view beyond the standard 5 bars.
New Persona-Based Content
Visier now offers a new guidebook titled “Persona-Based Templates.” This guidebook includes analyses tailored for specific roles, such as Hiring Managers, Business Managers, and Talent Acquisition Leaders. They’re the perfect jumping-off point for you to offer expanded insights for new personas.
Updates to Job Taxonomy and Benchmarks
This quarter’s updates to our Job Taxonomy include new jobs and improved categorization in the sales and healthcare domains, as well as a number of sub-industries within professional services.
